How Yoyaku collects, uses, protects, and shares personal data.

Last updated: 2026-05-16

Practical summary

Yoyaku collects the data needed to operate bookings, accounts, schedules, payments, reminders, support, and security. It also lets providers store client or patient data, including clinical records if they decide to use that feature.

We do not sell personal data or use clinical data for advertising. Clinical data belongs to the provider context where it was recorded.

Account and business data

We process data such as name, email, phone, role, workspace name, business settings, services, prices, availability, address, public profile, licenses, and professional information when applicable.

Bookings and patient data

We process data submitted by patients or clients while booking, such as name, phone, email, selected service, date, time, appointment status, and related notes. If the provider uses clinical records, they may also record vitals, history, diagnoses, files, and follow-up notes.

Payments and billing

Provider subscriptions are processed with Stripe. Patient payments may use Mercado Pago, Clip, or cash depending on provider configuration. Yoyaku stores payment status, amounts, and references needed for operational audit, but does not store full card data.

Your choices

Write to [email protected] for support, access, correction, or deletion. If you are a patient or client of a provider, you may also contact the provider directly because they decide how your information is used in their practice or business.
