Cancellations and refunds

Providers may cancel plan renewal. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not automatically delete workspace data.

Access may continue until the end of the paid period unless there is abuse, breach, or security risk.

Refunds are not automatic. We may review them case by case, especially for billing errors, duplicate charges, prolonged service failures, or reasonable support situations.

Charges made by a provider to their patients or clients belong to the relationship between that provider and their client. Yoyaku only records or starts the technology flow according to provider configuration.
