Terms of service

Yoyaku provides tools to publish booking pages, manage appointments, clients or patients, availability, payments, reminders, and operational data. Providers are responsible for the information they publish, the services they provide, and compliance with laws that apply to their activity.

You must keep credentials secure and only grant access to authorized people. Workspace owners are responsible for actions taken by assistants or team members added to the workspace.

Yoyaku does not provide medical services, diagnose, prescribe, or replace professional judgment. In emergencies, patients should contact emergency services or seek immediate medical care.

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on the chosen plan. The annual plan may include two free months reflected in annual pricing. Subscriptions, invoices, and payment methods are managed with Stripe when enabled.

The provider is responsible for their relationship with clients or patients, prices, services, notices, consent, records, quality of care, and regulatory compliance. Yoyaku provides software and technology support.
